We shopped around for flooring quite thoroughly. Sam and Advanced Flooring were more competitively priced than any of the other local flooring stores for identical product. Sam was very communicative and made the purchase and pick up of materials very easy through these weird pandemic times. Would highly recommend choosing Advanced Flooring. They have a huge selection and my order was in stock within 2 days or so. Thanks Sam! The floor looks great

We have very recently had our carpet installed in our home and couldn't be happier. After a very disappointing and unacceptable experience with a very well known carpet supplier, we decided to research other vendors by customer satisfaction ratings. After reading so many complementary reviews about Advanced Flooring and their staff we decided to visit the showroom.We met Sam upon our arrival and he showed us so many carpet options at very reasonable prices. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Robbie came to our home to measure he was knowledgeable and gave us the details of how our installation would be done. When our carpet arrived Sam called us to arrange the install. Their friendly and experienced installers Bernie and Joe arrived on time.We would highly recommend the team at Advanced Flooring for all of your flooring needs.

We highly recommend Advance Flooring. We researched and shopped around for months to make sure we would get a quality product at a good price and they couldn’t be beat. Sam was wonderful to work with and was very honest about products and so helpful. It was a great experience and we love our new floors.

Choosing Advance Flooring for the purchase and installation of luxury vinyl for our 3 bedrooms, laundry, hallway and stairs was a great decision! Store staff were patient, attentive and informative while we went back and forth over which product would suit our needs. Sam was quick to get back to me at all times and answered all my questions about installation. It looks amazing! We’re so happy! I would highly recommend Advance Flooring for all your flooring needs!

Really nice people with great customer service. I ran out of track for nosing for a job I was doing and couldn't find any place nearby that would sell me track individually. Called in here and they said they'll give me some for free. I offered to pay once I arrived but they said its fine. Really nice store as well

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Advanced Flooring. Sam took care of everything professionally and made us feel confident that the work will be completed on time and according to our needs.I would like to highlight the experiences with Sam and his team.- Sam came to take measurement and provided estimate on time.- Sam recommended the flooring materials that would look appealing and increase the value of our home based on our current setup.- Ted delivered the hardwood and stored in our garage. A week before installation, the hardwood boxes were moved from garage to inside our home for acclimatization.- Ted came to remove the existing carpet on time.- Marian and Claudio were on time and installed the hardwood. They were courteous and professional at all times. Marian showcased his ingenuity by making us a custom transition between the hardwood and tiled floor. It showed how experienced Marian is and I am glad he installed our hardwood flooring.- The construction materials were removed and the floors were cleaned/vacuumed before they left.All in all, we are happy and glad that we chose Advanced Flooring. I would definitely recommend Sam and his team to our family, friends and neighbors.Cheers,

Sam and his steam saved our damaged basement floor after it flooded due to broken water heater. Sam was wonderful in helping us pick the best option for our needs, and he fast-tracked the work order for us. His shop offers many choices for different tastes and price points. He never pushed anything on us and actually encouraged the most practical options. His team did a great job and were very efficient and professional. We love our new floor and plan to get our whole house floor replaced from Advanced Flooring! Highly recommend for service, price and quality.

We had a great experience with Sam and his team, and it started with everything just right - the professionalism, price, scheduling and quality of material/work were all accurate and no surprises before, during and after the job. Sam arrived as promised to measure our space and gave us a very reasonable quote. I went to the store to pick up the sample, booked the days they had available, and Mike and Abdullah arrived as agreed and completed our floors and stairs in good time. They did an amazing job! We purchased new luxury vinyl plank floors from Advanced Flooring recently. Sam was very helpful with picking out potential flooring options and allowing us to take quite a few samples home to try out in the house. Advanced Flooring made our floor installation during this challenging covid-19 time and excellent experience. Sam provided excellent, knowledgeable, timely, and friendly service as we planned our flooring project. The pricing for both the product and the installation was very reasonable and stood out compared to other companies we considered. The workers were very punctual, efficient, and worked very carefully. They did a beautiful job and we are extremely pleased with the result! We were so impressed with their work that we will return to them to complete additional flooring projects for our home.We highly recommend Advanced Flooring for their excellent service, product, and workmanship!

Sam and Mike had done a fantastic job installing Vinyl flooring on the main floor of my home. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helping guide me through the selection process, and recommending best options that fit within my budget. They were also both very accommodating around my busy schedule, and they always made sure to show up on time. Mike at advanced flooring was extremely helpful. Was trying to decide between a couple different brands of flooring and he let me take the samples home and beat every competitors price by $0.79 (GTA) -$4 (Kitchener). I will most definitely be back.

We had Advanced Flooring install vinyl flooring throughout our whole main floor of our home. We are very happy with our whole experience beginning with Mike who provided us with the information we needed to pick out the right flooring for us, providing us with the samples and booking the dates and times. Sam came out to measure and help us prepare for the install. Sam and his team are very friendly and have quality workmanship. The day of the install went very smooth and I was very happy with their work. We did have a small problem with the stairs but Sam came back and was able to fix the problem for us. They are very professional and take pride in their work. I would recommend Advanced Flooring.

We have used this company 3 times. From the first time I met Sam he was extremely professional and honest. He took the time to give us a quote, drop off samples and answered all of my questions. The work was done on time, actually ahead of time. We love our new floors! We had LVP installed as well as carpet and the workmanship was flawless. I would definitely recommend this company.

Sam is very reliable and professional. Great communication and customer service skills. He did an amazing job in my living room about 500sqft. Removed the old carpet and installed laminate flooring with perfection. I live in a Victorian house with bay windows, lots of cutting had to be done and he did an amazing job! You don't need to think twice choosing, he is the real deal and best price I found. Yes, by my review you can tell how happy I am.
